I went here to get my rental car. I went on my Birthday. They were not friendly. My car was late, and they did not explain in detail about needing my physical passport and the traffic fines or anything of that nature. I was hoping to get some sort of discount, anything thrown in there for my birthday but nothing. Just a last minute Happy Birthday.The car was fine, but it had a tire pressure issue on the right front when I got it. The service was average at best.

These guys are the worst... Literally! I had booked a car at the airport and then they said they needed 2 hours for the car to be read. As if anyone willait 2 hrs. Ended up takig a cab. Never again Budget!

Katrina and team have been wonderful, every time I hired a vehicle from them, including sometimes when I make very last minute requests. A good team that works well together and are friendly to all and give great customer service. Considering that it is a small branch, the team efficiently handles a lot. Ive been using them for 2 years never had a negative issue, but all matters get resolved fast. They also work with Ezhire app as an alternate option. I highly recommend the team at Budget Dubai Marina.

When I rented my car I went there for receive it, she said that you have to wait about 2 hours or we will give lower car category! And I waited till they bring it and it had smoke smell, and later the battery Dead in the high way 2 times and then they send me another car at 3:00am without any apologize for that.. even the car was 80% filled fuel but asked me to fully fulled it and in the second day they charged me the airport garage fees!

Just a dreadful customer experience full stop buyer beware do not use. Refused a car after paying up front online because of hidden terms regarding UAE drivers licence for recent resident. Then refused a refund total rip off!!! Seems like they are trying to get friends to leave good reviews to compensate for all the bad ones because they do not ring true or certainly feel contrived and completely at odds with whoever owns or runs this franchise as they just ripped me off plain and simple!

Worst car rental service ever! They gave me a car with a stain on the backseat and did not note it. When I returned the car they charged me 100 AED for it. When I called to ask, they said there was damage to the car, I told them that the paper we signed says there is no damage, they said they cannot give more information and hung up the phone. Unprofessional on top of impolite! And by the way good luck reaching them by phone, you have to call 10 times for them to pick up once and then hang up! Dont deal with them!

Never will I ever rent a car from this company again. First of all they give me a faulty car, the engine light turned on in the middle of sheikh zayed road, and wouldnt accelerate after 5 days of driving it. I drove to the closest area i could park until they came and picked it up, they gave it to me with 7/8 in fuel and returned it 2/8 due to these circumstances I wasn’t able to fill up the tank!!! Now they are overcharging me double what I would have paid because I didn’t fill it up because i couldn’t drive it to a gas station. Completely ridiculous. Terrible service. Terrible cars. Terrible company. If i can give them a negative review i would.

The car broke down on me the second day of the rental and they had to come replace the car. They then charged me an outrageous amount for fuel on the first car – the one that had broken down and I had no way of refilling myself.When I pointed this out to them – they first wrote “we encourage our renters to return the vehicle on a full tank”.. When I again pointed out that the car had broken down and returning it on a full tank wasn’t possible, they acknowledged that fact and replied back with “please accept out apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you”.Well, at least they are sorry. Great at saying it, not so great at showing it.Very superficial customer service and real sneaky tactics to make money: be vigilant!

Ive rented by Ezhire on 14 April from Budget , i returned thr car by 15 th , contract is done they take full charges as mentioned , A month later when is May 21, I got 1500 AED deducted from my credit by Budget although I did not rent a car at all in May , unfortunately i will take this serious legal action against Ezhire & Budget for scamming , the worst experience to rent a car in Dubai

We met a nice gentleman initially but the lady who was there afterwards is very rude and unprofessional.When you return the car, there’s nobody to open the parking gate and they ignore calls. So it’s better to go round to the front and go with their driver to pack the car.They do not actually explain to you that there will be a penalty for the following: (which is more or less standard for car hire in Dubai)1. Returning car without full tank2. Charge for damages unless you take comprehensive insurance3. Higher fee than what salik charges.The car had a mileage of over 180,000km, smelt of smoke and not the cleanest.So budget is the word.low price low quality and Poor service is to be expected.

My car broke down and it took them overnight and till afternoon the next day to give me a replacement car. In addition I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to refill to car, which had broken down (my argument that I cannot refill a car that does not work did not help). Staff is friendly but without decision power in these cases. So it will not be budget again in this life.

Compared to other rentals I have had in the past this one was by far the worst. Not only was the sales representative who had given me the keys not polite but I had booked the car online and was to pay on site and was charged a different rate. This was then followed by an additional $105.00 being charged to my credit card without any explanation after returning the vehicle. After emailing Budget UAE about this incident and asking what that amount was for I did not receive any information/reply back. At the time of drop off the sales representative explained that everything looked good and I was free to leave. Very unprofessional, at the very least a customer should be notified as to why they are being charged. Would not recommend this location!

Worst customer services experience. Old cars not to modern standard as they do not have standard fixing for baby car seat. IsofixVery bad customer service by both Vilma and Carla. I called twice before coming to the location to ensure the car had the suitable fixing device for my baby car seat. Vilma is one of those typical employee who doesnt listen and presume of what you are saying. From my calls she only understood baby car sear and assumed I wanted to rent a car seat. Once a solution was found by one of their collegues, I was asked to pay an upgrade fee... all this for their mistake and substandard cars.

Helpful staff, they make sure you understand all of the small contract clauses before handing over the car. (Insurance excess, salik fee, fines fee, gas, Etc.)

STAY AWAY! Outrageously bad customer service with no response what so ever. By looking at the reviews it’s pretty clear that the place is built on scammers: charging people afterwards for tickets or charging absurd amounts on small scratches; without a receipt provided. That’s what you can expect from this car rental 👎.

Good car (Toyota Fortuner), but very poor service. Poor information on costs when driving to Oman. They try to collect additional driver fees twice. Waited 2 hours when returning the car because the shop was closed (despite it was within opening hours). Car is presented with tank half full and when returning it they charge excessive amounts when you are not bringing it back with a full tank. Contact center promised to contact me, which they did not.

Stay away from them, they asked me money for a very little scratch that was there as we got the car. I had to give 50 dhs to the man for not having problems even if I had all insurances. They must control better their employees

I rented a car on the 9th of Jan from budget for one day, returned the car, full tank, no damages and within the agreed time. Later on during the month i received an sms from the bank stating that budget deducted 1047 aed from my credit card so i called them, they said that i had 4 speeding tickets and they sent me a report from the RTA, fair enough, on the 9th of Feb 2019 i receive another sms from the bank stating that budget took additional 1447 aed from my card. I am going to call them but else i have no idea what to do get my money back

They dont honour the EK platinum discount if you book online at full rate, no mention of that anywhere in the terms and conditions but they refuse the discount anyway. Car was average at best (Chevy spark). Very old with high mileage and in poor condition both aesthetically and mechanically. It seemed to almost stall at every stop. Fuel tank only just over half full on pick-up. They say they open at 9am, it is 9:20am now and still no one here except a line of customers outside waiting in the heat. I wont come here again ever. Best to go elsewhere!!! The only positive was that the car was clean INSIDE which is why they get 2 stars and I think I am being generous.

I booked a car few weeks ahead for a 3 days business trip in dubai. Wheb reach there, they I faced with a line of budget car customers who waiting for a car. They obviously sold our booked cars to walk in customers and call more cars from other locations. It was disaster. I will never try them again because customer has no value for them and they just look after more sale.I highly advise to pay few Durhams more and book with other companies in dubai loke dollar rent a car for economical or Europe car for full peace of mind.

I do not recommend this car rental company at the Marina at all, they are scammers. We paid for a weeks rental car, the car didnt even have the full tank. Vilma and Katrina are very welcoming before they take the money but as soon as the money is cashed the masks fall off. We wanted to drop the car off in the evening at the airport around 10 p.m. and Katrina explained that we had to pay 50 dirham which is normal plus 250 dirham as it is considered another rental day. A shame!! As we refused we left and left the car at the store at the marina we met another French customer and he was trying to make him pay more under the pretext that the tank was not full when I saw the photo it was full. 3 days after my arrival in France I realize that they picked me up a second time. I want a full refund of this amount otherwise I will file a complaint against your company. You are thieves.

Run away !You will have a bad experience with this provider. The holidays start badly when you wait 2 hours to pick up your car and when your turn arrives, an unfriendly agent tells you that your reservation has been canceled, without providing any explanation.Finally, we offer you to re-rent on site, paying 70 euros more than the price for which we had reserved.On top of that, you are given a car with a half full tank, for the return trip, you have to do apothecary accounts to bring the car up to the same level.When you returned the car, the car explaining this problem, do not expect apologies or compassion.Having rented cars around the world, I can tell you that this experience was the worst ... by far!

Everything is fine, for rent you only need a passport, drivers license and a credit card. Prices are affordable, the price includes insurance and a full tank of gas.

Everything was great! There were no problems when taking a car or when passing. Very friendly and cultural staff. No one could take out the brain, did not force, and did not persuade, to buy additional insurance or to take a car more expensive. Auto was also in excellent condition. Immediately upon delivery, cars were paid for toll roads. (10 dirhams) If the rights are Russian, then the presence of the same international is required.
